What I saw today (3): Mr. Hasheesh

Noticed this sign on one of the doors in the office building I work at.
In Arabic 'hasheesh' simply means 'grass', but still, connotations abound.

I wonder what kind of engineer Mr. Hasheesh is? Biochemical?
