Picture: view from my window

This picture I took last week has been getting a lot of traffic on my Flickr account. Currently it's only my 256th most viewed picture, but it is by far the most favourited one (17 so far!).

Learning Arabic (2): Flickr doesn't speak Arabic

Hala? In what Arabic country do they greet each other with 'hala'? I've never heard anyone use that, anywhere. According to my dictionary 'hala' means 'sweet' or 'delicious'. Flickr #fail?
