We visited a few polling stations in Imbaba today. People appeared very happy to be voting and in general the atmosphere seemed a lot more relaxed than during the parliamentary elections a few months ago.
Most people we talked to voted for Shafiq, although the neighbourhood was plastered with Morsi posters.
Dubious fact: when the polling stations close, the police and army move in to 'protect' the votes overnight. They better check those seals in the morning...
